A free drive-through flu immunization clinic for adults is Oct. 11 at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla. It's from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., or until the vaccine runs out, a news release said.
Officials have 700 doses for the event.
Through the clinic, which is sponsored by the hospital and Providence Medical Group in cooperation with the Walla Walla County Health Department, people age 19 and older can get a flu immunization without leaving their car. Walk-ups also are accepted; appointments aren't required.
The clinic will be in the drive-through area beneath the Outpatient Procedure Center.
