Anthony’s Restaurants’ latest premier dining experience will open at Columbia Point in Richland on June 15.
Budd’s Broiler will be a steakhouse that focuses on locally sourced ingredients from places such as Snake River Farm and the Double R Ranch, a release said. It will be in the former Anthony’s Banquet Center at 450 Columbia Point Drive, just down the street from Anthony’s at Columbia Point.
The restaurant, which will be able to seat up to 130 in its dining room, 68 at the bar and 80 on an outside deck, will use a charcoal-powered broiler oven that can be seen by customers, thanks to an open-kitchen design. There will also be two private dining areas.
Steve Valdez, one of the first employees at Anthony’s at Columbia Point, will be Budd’s general manager. While dinner won’t be served until June 15, a ribbon cutting and grand opening benefit is set for June 13. For more information on the benefit, contact Annie Hong at annie.hong@anthonys.com.
