The Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce "Good Health is Good Business" program kicks off at a luncheon July 23 at the Three Rivers Convention Center, 7016 W. Grandridge Blvd., Kennewick.
The luncheon starts at 11 a.m. and is co-sponsored by the Tri-Cities Cancer Center and Lydig Construction. It will include a health and wellness expo, information about the Good Health is Good Business 100-Day Wellness Challenge, networking and a motivational speaker.
The program is a comprehensive health and wellness program that encourages wellness by providing tools, resources, activities, contests and prizes related to healthy lifestyles.
The challenge begins July 28. Participants can compete in a variety of individual or team challenges.

The competition ends Nov. 4. Winners will be announced and receive their awards at a November luncheon.
