The Washington Wine Industry Foundation raised nearly $50,000 at its annual Wine Cup golf event last week at Richland's Meadow Springs Country Club.
Kitzke Cellars, including Seth Kitzke, Mike Hennick, Eric Patrick, and Wilton Guaria, won this year's Wine Cup. Each won a five-day cruise for two to the Caribbean, Mexico, or the Bahamas.
Skylite Cellars, with Greg Matiko, Chris Jacky, Ryan Garton and George Martinez, took second and Northwest Farm Credit Services, with Dennis Bigness, Bryan Alford, Will Hoppes and Mike Babenko, was third.
West Harvesting/Henry Earl, with Wendy West, Beth Roller, Kasee Woods and Cathy Sahli, was the high scoring team.
Wilton Guaria and Cathy Sahli each won closest to the pin. Longest drive was won by George Martinez and Jill Harvill. Ron Shea and Mandy Galbreath had the longest putt.
Three golfers hit hole-in-ones during the putting contest. Sean Tudor beat Tom Tudor and Lee Colclasure in a putt-off for $250 in hotel certificates.
Joe Prior won the cork chipping contest.
