Hayden Homes will be more than doubling the size of Pasco's Chapel Hill community in the next phase of the subdivision.
Hayden Homes, based in Redmond, Ore., has 61 lots available in this phase, said Lisa Browning, a regional marketing specialist for the builder.
So far, 15 homes have been built, with nine of those already sold to families, she said.
The Chapel Hill community already had 31 homes, she said. Those houses were built by a number of builders, including Hayden Homes.
Hayden Homes plans to celebrate the grand opening of this new phase of the community from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and Sunday at the model home at 6614 Aintree Drive, in Pasco.
The grand opening will include a BBQ lunch and various prizes, according to a news release.
Cornerstone Lending Group will be available to discuss financing. Hayden Homes also is offering $3,500 toward upgrades and closing costs on homes bought in Chapel Hill through the end of June, the news release said.
