Tri-City builders will start work Monday on a Habitat for Humanity home in Kennewick that will be finished in five days.
The Home Builders Association of Tri-Cities will finish the house on South Jean Place near Fifth Avenue in a "Blitz Build" between Monday and Friday.
"This is a great way for the HBA to give back to the community that has kept our members in business over the years, and that continues to be a great place to raise our families," said Jeff Losey, executive director of the Home Builders Association of Tri-Cities. "We are excited to be partnering with Habitat for Humanity and building a home for a very deserving family. Together, we are building better and stronger communities, one home at a time."
The home will be dedicated at noon Friday.
