Benton Franklin Legal Aid is holding a construction law class on April 20 at the United Way Building, 418 N. Kellogg, Suite E, Kennewick.
The classes will be taught by construction law attorneys from around the state and are open to the public. Topics include construction contract sample forms, insurance, liens, changes in site conditions, false claims act and damages.
Registration will be from 8 to 8:30 a.m. Classes run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
Cost is $175 per person and includes materials, continental breakfast, box lunch and beverages.
