The workshop will be at 6:30 p.m. at the Richland Public Library, 955 Northgate Drive, in Richland.
The Start Smart workshop will answer questions focusing on business plan basics, such as how much money is needed to start a business, financing options, legal requirements and marketing.
Class size is limited and pre-registration is required. Registration for the two-hour workshop is $25 for up to two people. Pre-register online at tricity.wsu.edu/links or call 372-7101.
Never miss a local story.
The workshop is repeated the second Monday of most months. The next two are scheduled for April 9 and June 11. Start Smart is co-sponsored by the Small Business Development Center/Columbia Basin College, SCORE, the city of Richland and the four area chambers of commerce.
