A Tri-City native who is now an internationally known technology and business analyst will be the keynote speaker for the Tri-City Development Council's annual meeting.
Jesse Berst, president of the Center for Smart Energy, which publishes the Smart Grid Newsletter, will discuss "Reinventing Electricity" at the TRIDEC annual meeting from noon to 1:30 p.m. March 7 at the Pasco Red Lion Hotel.
Berst is the author or co-author of more than a dozen books on technology topics and serves on the Advisory Council of Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland.
Cost is $45 with a $10 discount for TRIDEC members until March 2. Participants who register after March 2 will be charged a $10 late registration fee.
