Selling to government focus of May workshop
Learn how to sell to the government at a free workshop from 9 to 10:30 a.m. May 19 with an overview of how the federal, state and local government buys goods and services.
Topics to be discussed include the seven phases of government procurement, governmental registrations, market research on what the government buys, how government agencies advertise their procurements, and how to locate subcontracting opportunities with government prime contractors.
The session will be presented by the Washington State Procurement Technical Assistance Center at the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce, 7130 W. Grandridge Blvd., Kennewick.
