Crafters and artists will have a new place to shop when the new Kennewick Hobby Lobby opens its doors Monday.
After the 9 a.m. grand opening, shoppers will be able to scan the store for craft supplies including fashion fabrics, floral decor, baskets, jewelry making, scrapbooking and card design, plus wearable art, home accents and holiday supplies.
Matt Lee is the store manager of the 54,000-square-foot facility at the old Joe's Sports location, 7011 W. Canal Drive. This is Hobby Lobby's second store in Washington state.
The store will employ 75 full- and part-time workers.
Store hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
