The Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce is bringing speaker Brad Worthley to Columbia Basin College on Friday to talk about "How to Coach Your Employees, Peers or Supervisor."
Worthley says coaching is a gentler form of communication that can get employees to do the things supervisors want them to do while gaining respect for their boss. The program runs from 8 a.m. to noon and will be held in the Byron Gjerde Center on the Pasco campus.
Tickets are $59 per person or $140 for three people. Deadline to register is Thursday. For more information, contact the chamber at 736-0510 or info@tricityregional chamber.com.
