SEATTLE -- Jones Soda has parted ways with the Seahawks after three years as the team's soda pop sponsor.
The football team has not named its new sponsor; it had been with Coke for most of the three decades leading up to the deal with Seattle-based Jones in 2007.
The decision comes three months after Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air switched back to Coca-Cola after less than two years with Jones.
The football and airline contracts were meant to be game-changers for Jones, which was a niche player until a few years ago. It had a cult following among skateboarders and was known to much of the rest of the world as the company with the bizarre holiday flavors, including turkey and gravy.
