Watch as prophecy and history come together in the documentary, The Jesus Boat -- Witness to Prophecy, edited by a Kamiakin High graduate and her husband.
The film tells the story of how a fishing boat from the time of Jesus -- sunk in the years that the Romans destroyed Israel -- was discovered and excavated from the muck at the bottom of the Sea of Galilee in Israel.
The entire process was filmed on site, but the editing and script were both done in Spokane by a former Tri-City resident, Tiffany Luginbill Wallach, and her husband, Elliott Wallach. The couple own Edify Media Public Relations in Spokane.
Luginbill Wallach is a graduate of Kamiakin High School in Kennewick, Columbia Basin College and Washington State University. In 1992, she competed for Miss Tri-Cities and worked as a producer for KTCR-AM Radio in Kennewick.
The Jesus Boat documents how the boat was recovered and restored enough to actually float to its resting place at a museum built just a few hundred yards from where it was found.
The Jesus Boat is available at Parable Christian Bookstore, 2450 N. Columbia Center Blvd., Richland, or online at www.JesusBoatMovie.com. The DVD costs $20.
