PASCO — A lot of the time we go to the store and buy a bunch of groceries, come home and can’t figure out what to have for dinner.
Or sometimes we get stuck in a rut and repeat the same meals every week.
Here are a few tips on how to use the ingredients you already have to try out new recipes, skipping extra trips to the store and skipping the eating-out expense. This will eliminate waste, save you time and money, and add a little creativity to your meals!
Now that you have a few recipes, plan your meals for the week. Head to the store and purchase any ingredients you need to make the meals for the week, if any.
When you stick to your meal plan, you’ll save time pondering dinner options and money from not eating out or rushing to the store.
Have leftovers? Freeze them and don’t worry about eating them the next day.
