Tri-Citians win future shade trees
Two Tri-City residents will have shadier yards this summer, thanks to winning the drawing for a tree courtesy of the Mid Columbia Community Forestry Council.
The winners are Liz Mass-Silvestro and James Soulia. They each received a $100 gift certificate redeemable at Job's Nursery in Pasco.
The drawing was held at the 2011 Home and Garden Show at TRAC in February.
