Kebab dish easy to make with pesto

This is a quick lamb kebab with linguine in a mint pesto. The meal is made even quicker using prepared pesto sauce mixed with chopped fresh mint. Use lamb cubes cut from the leg. If it is not on display, ask the supermarket meat cutters for some or a substitute. The kebabs can be cooked either on the grill, stove-top grill or under the broiler.
