Michelle Twomey of Kennewick and Carlos Santiago of Tacoma exchanged wedding vows Oct. 10 at Christ the King Catholic Church in Richland. Father Thomas Champoux officiated.
She is the daughter of Marie and John Twomey of Kennewick. He is the son of Simone Johnson of Temecula, Calif., and Juan Santiago of Tacoma.
Honor attendants were Elizabeth Nordeen and Peter Ruff. Other attendants were Amber Holcomb, Sarah McCulley, Jaianne McAfee, Jennifer Mead, Kara Caicedo, Kamron Schaff, Michael VanWinkle, Matthew Twomey, Michael Skadan and Michael Daley.
Flower girl was Mikayla Pickles. Ring bearer was Joshua Currey.
The bride is a graduate of Kamiakin High School and Washington State University, Pullman with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology. She is a student pursuing a degree in nursing.
The groom is a graduate of Wilson High School in Tacoma and served in the Army National Guard. He is a two-time Operation Iraqi Freedom war veteran and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal. He is in the Army National Guard reserves and is a student pursuing a degree in radiologic technology.
They live in Bloomfield, Iowa.
