Richland: Lemley

We support Phil Lemley for the Richland City Council. Phil has demonstrated energetic dedication to improving the quality of life in Richland. His extensive service involvement includes positions on the city of Richland Parks and Recreation Commission, Richland Rotary, Forestry Council, Board of Directors for the Blue Mountain Council of the Boy Scouts, and works as a Richland Volunteers in Police Service. He has the commitment and energy to be an outstanding member of the Richland City Council.

The Tri-City Herald and the Richland Fire Firefighters Local 1052 are two of many people and organizations who have recognized Phil Lemley's qualifications and leadership by endorsing him for the Richland City Council.

Phil has demonstrated an ability to listen to citizens' concerns and work to thoughtfully address those issues. A fiscal conservative, Phil has the qualities of leadership needed to move the city forward and assure that our quality of life is improved.

We urge those who care about the future of the city of Richland to vote for Phil Lemley for Richland City Council Position 5 on Nov. 3, 2009.
