Immigration laws

RE: Candace Bluechel's city council race. Read this over a few times, from the Tri-City Herald (Oct. 11): "But it is Parks' stand on making Kennewick an English-only city and not allowing illegal aliens to live in Kennewick that most concern Bluechel."

"I struggled with Bob's thing with the illegals in Kennewick," she (Bluechel) said.

Have you read that two or three times? So, right here in Kennewick, we have a city council candidate who must NOT be in favor of enforcing the immigration LAW ... that's why they are called "illegal aliens."

She should read up on the billions worth of fraud, welfare cheating, tax evasion, crime, drugs, etc., all the while milking off our social services. She should look into the Kennewick car dealer who in September had over six customers who, in trying to buy a car, supplied the dealer with multiple Social Security cards for credit purposes.

On other issues I can see her points -- but not this one.

JOHN WORSTER, Kennewick
