Kennewick: Britain

I have known Don Britain for more than 20 years, both professionally and personally. As a professional he is hard working and focused. Personally, he is a dedicated family man with children the same age as mine.

I have been most impressed with Don's communication and interaction with the residents during his run for the council. He is using today's technology and yesterday's old-fashioned door knocking to get in touch with his community.

Don's website, britain4council. com, allows access to information about his views, as well as a link to upcoming city council meeting agendas. With a click of the mouse, contact him directly through e-mail or Facebook, allowing the younger or more technology-savvy voters a way to keep in touch with issues facing Kennewick on a daily basis.

Just as impressive is Don's old-fashioned door-to-door "get to know the community one person at a time" approach.

Don is endorsed by the Tri-City Herald, Kennewick Fire Fighters Association, Washington Pilots Association, Home Builders Association and the Tri-City Association of Realtors, of which I am a member.

Vote Britain for City Council Position 1.

MARIJO BOWE, Kennewick
