An outdoor screening of the documentary Dryland is planned June 20 at Three Rivers Winery, 5641 Old Highway 12, Walla Walla.
Doors open at 8 p.m., and the documentary starts at 9:30 p.m.
Filmed over 10 years in Adams County, “ Dryland is an intimate portrait of rural America in transition, through the eyes of a young man pursuing his dream and a town fighting to survive,” a news release said.
Directors Sue Arbuthnot and Richard Wilhelm will be on hand for the screening and a question and answer session.
A $10 suggested donation will benefit the Friends of Mac-Hi FFA.
The outdoor screening is weather dependent, with an indoor theater available as a backup. People are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket.
