State Sen. Mark Schoesler, R-Ritzville, will take part in an hourlong telephone town hall starting at 7 p.m. March 11.
The meeting takes place just before the Senate starts considering legislation approved by the House of Representatives, and the House begins considering Senate bills, Schoesler, the Senate majority leader, said in a statement.
“For a legislative district as widespread as ours, I can’t think of a more convenient and effective way to connect on a winter weekday evening,” Schoesler said.
His district includes all or parts of Franklin, Adams, Asotin, Garfield, Spokane and Whitman counties.
Some residents will be called and invited to take part in the town hall just before it starts, but others can call 800-756-6155 to join in.
