The wind could gust up to 45 miles per hour this weekend in the Tri-Cities, according to the National Weather Service.
A wind advisory is in effect until noon Sunday. Sustained wind speeds of about 34 mph are forecast until then, with wind speeds decreasing in the afternoon to 24 mph.
An 80 percent chance of rain is forecast Saturday, dropping to a 40 percent chance Sunday. Monday skies should be sunny again.
A high of just under 50 degrees is expected Saturday, and Sunday could be as warm as 55 degrees.
