A Tamale Festival set for Dec. 7 in Kennewick will feature more than 15 different flavors of tamales, including beef, pork, chicken, corn, black and green olives and more.
Live Mexican music and talents from more than 12 musical groups from the Tri-Cities, Seattle, Portland, Yakima, Hermiston, Othello and Walla Walla will perform.
More than 30 booths will sell Christmas gifts, toys, shoes, clothes, Mexican products and more. And Santa Claus will visit.
The festival runs 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. at the Benton County Fairgrounds, 1500 S. Oak St. The event is free, though there is a parking fee.
