Dan Coffland, 47, of Pasco, adjusts a spotlight so it shines on the 12th Man flag on his boat at the Clover Island Yacht Club on Friday before the start of the annual Christmas Lighted Boat Parade.
Last year was Coffland's first year in the parade and people said his boat looked like a football helmet. This year he and his wife, Tiffany, added the Seahawks emblem to complete the helmet look.
This year marks the 50th year for the annual event. The parade will also take place from 6-9 p.m. Saturday. The boats will float from Clover Island to Howard Amon Park in Richland and back.
