Runways at the Richland Airport will be closed for nine days starting July 13, according to the Port of Benton.
The port will be reconstructing the intersection of two runways and will reopen the runways July 22.
The main runway, except for the intersection, was reconstructed last year, the port said.
Finishing the intersection will complete the project.
The Federal Aviation Administration will issue notice to airmen.
