Child sex offender, 19, moves to Pasco

A sex offender considered highly likely to reoffend is living in Pasco.
Jerome Lionel Pleasant, 19, has told police he doesn't have a permanent address but is living in Pasco.
Pleasant is 5-foot-6, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
He was convicted in 2006 of first-degree child molestation and is classified as a Level 3 sex offender.
Pleasant is not wanted by police, but is required to tell them where he is living.
