One lane of eastbound Highway 240 in Richland will be closed today as workers complete electrical maintenance on a power pole and the sign bridge.
The right lane of the highway will close from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. between the Yakima River bridge and the Columbia Park Trail exit, the state Department of Transportation said.
The lane closure will provide a safe work zone for transportation crews.
