MOSES LAKE -- The Benton-Franklin Council of Governments will sponsor a meeting on the importance of a statewide all-weather county road system Oct. 9.
The program runs from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Big Bend Community College Conference Center in Moses Lake.
Among the speakers are Barbara Ivanov, director of Freight Systems Division at the Washington Department of Transportation, and Jay Weber, executive director of County Road Administration Board.
