WALLA WALLA -- Two Milton-Freewater teenagers were injured Monday morning when the car they were in rolled on Highway 12 west of Walla Walla.
The Dodge Neon was headed east when it left the roadway at 4:15 a.m., the Washington State Patrol said. The driver overcorrected to the right and rolled.
Officials did not name the driver because she is a minor. The 17-year-old, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken to St. Mary Medical Center, the state patrol said. Her condition is unknown.
The passenger, 19-year-old Guadalupe Sandoval, was treated and later released from St. Mary, a hospital spokeswoman said.
