Connell man injured in rollover accident

By the Herald staff

A Connell man was injured when his pickup rolled north of Pateros in Okanogan County after he reportedly fell asleep, the Washington State Patrol said.

Sydney R. Hudson, 46, was treated for minor lower back pain and abrasions at Brewster Hospital following the accident late Friday, the patrol said.

Hudson was northbound on Highway 97 about two miles north of Pateros about 11:45 p.m. when he purportedly fell asleep and lost control of his 2007 Ford Ranger pickup, the patrol said. The vehicle rolled, coming to rest on its wheels in a ditch.
