Oh Boy! Oberto hydro wins appeal, declared San Diego winner

Wednesday was great for Steve David and the U-6 Oh Boy! Oberto team. Oberto learned its appeal of losing the San Diego Bayfair race in September was upheld by a committee assigned to hear the appeal.
