Work continues at Hanford's Plutonium Finishing Plant (PFP), where 46 facilities, 232 glove boxes and special nuclear material and fuel needs to be decontaminated, demolished and disposed. The PFP is where plutonium was produced during the cold war and where it has been stored since, making it the most secure facilities at Hanford.
