Snow flies off a plow from the Washington State Department of Transportation Monday morning at the Locust Grove overpass just south of Kennewick on I-82. Crews were clearing the road so it could re-open to southbound motorists. Poor visibility from blowing snow caused officials to temporarily close the busy highway until about mid-morning.
