Travis Franks, a 2010 Kamiakin High graduate, will play one of the lead roles, that of Skinheadboy, in Central Washington University's production of Polaroid Stories.
Curtain time is 7:30 p.m. March 7-8 and 13-15 with a 2 p.m. matinee March 16 in the university's Central Theatre. Tickets cost $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and $7 for students at the door.
Franks, the son of Jim and Lory Franks of Kennewick, was an active member of the drama department at Kamiakin High School, performing in several plays during his four years.
He attended Columbia Basin College before transferring to Central, where he is a junior pursuing a bachelor of fine arts in performing.
