The cult classic film Young Frankenstein will be shown at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 18 at The Princess Theatre in downtown Prosser. The film stars Gene Wilder, Madeline Kahn, Teri Garr, Cloris Leachman, Marty Feldman, Peter Boyle, Kenneth Mars, Richland Haydn and Gene Hackman. A fall carnival is from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 25 at the Richland Community Center, 500 Amon Park Drive. Admission is $4.50 for Richland residents and $5.50 for nonresidents. Howl 'n Scream Scram 5k/10k Race & Kooky Kaper Kids Race is at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 19 at Badger Mountain Community Park, 350 Keene Road, Richland.
The Zombie Ball is at 6 p.m. Oct. 12 at TRAC in Pasco. Admission is $16 for general or $30 for frenzy admission, which includes hair/makeup design by zombie experts.
