A class on Ukrainian pysanky egg decorating will be offered by the Kennewick School District starting Feb. 29.
The class, which is geared toward adults, meets once a week on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. through March 21 in Room 440 at Kamiakin High School, 600 N. Arthur St., Kennewick.
Pysanky is an ancient form of Ukrainian folk art dating back thousands of years. Participants will learn how to create multicolored eggs using the age-old wax and dye method.
