Consumers need timely ssistance and Insurance providers need to be able to introduce new programs give greater choice to all.
Three priorities: To improve the educational level of all insurance professionals including claims handlers.
To revisit the Health Insurance industry to determine where the real problems lie. We must "follow the money" to see what is practical and affordable.
