When people book an appointment at Lifetime Dental Care, they know they’re going to get more than a routine teeth cleaning or checkup.
The Richland office feels more like a spa than a dentist’s office, from the bottles of water in the lobby to the paraffin hand treatments in the exam rooms. Patients also can enjoy the distraction of pivoting televisions that tilt and move to ensure they always have a good view, as well as massage chairs.
The staff works hard to make sure everyone leaves with a smile.
“When a person leaves, they should feel better than when they came in,” said Dr. Michael Breier, the owner. “I’ve always felt that we should give people more than they expect.”
Never miss a local story.
They’ll also find dentists who work hard to get to know all of their patients on a first-name basis.
And that focus on customer service goes beyond the dentist. Breier makes sure all of his staff put an emphasis on making patients feel comfortable and welcome.
While Lifetime Dental Care does offer a lot of perks, it also provides a lot of dental services. Breier said patients shouldn’t need to go elsewhere for any dental work. He said Lifetime Dental Care can do just about anything in-house, from general dentistry to cosmetic work to emergency care.
Lifetime Dental Care also is making it a little easier for patients to make appointments by offering extended hours.
The office is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday. Appointments can be scheduled online.
