The family-owned business is the product of five generations of the Bentley family. The restaurant is owned and operated by Sheila Bentley, her husband Darren Martin and son Jared Bentley. The restaurant was the brainchild of Elvis Bentley and his brother, who followed in the footsteps of their father’s restaurant business.

The restaurant opened in Pasco when patrons were attracted to “diners, drive-ins and dives” and heaping plates of traditional all-American food. But it has since altered its menu to cater to a new wave of health-conscious restaurant-goers looking for menu options with low calories.
Magills is in the former Fran’s Heidi Haus, a German-themed restaurant at the corner of Road 68 and Argent Road.
