Owning a home is one of the most gratifying aspects of the American Dream, and Retter & Company Sotheby’s International Realty is always looking to improve their level of service and reach to help the Tri-Cities community find that home of their dreams.
Dave Retter, owner of Sotheby’s in Kennewick, says their success is a testament to the realtors and the quality of service that they provide.
“People talk about customer service all the time,” said Retter, “but it really comes down to walking the talk and just doing the fundamentals. When a problem arises in a transaction, we are getting in the middle of it and helping to be part of the solution.”
Retter knows that each home, regardless of price, is sacred to everyone they help, and says they never want to lose that focus.
Sotheby’s is also very active in the community, and is always trying to help out whenever there is a need.
“One thing we are really proud of is being a part of the Kennewick Police Department Foundation,” said Retter. The Foundation helps support a safer community by securing contributions that are used to supplement funding for selected programs.
“It’s a real honor that people utilize our services to the point where we can give back,” said Retter, “and we will never lose sight of that. It’s our way of thanking the community for believing in us to help them with the American Dream.”
