Hastings to speak at Aug. 12 chamber event

Congressman Doc Hastings, R-Wash., gives a presentation Aug. 12 on the "State of the Congressional District" at the Red Lion Hotel, 1101 N. Columbia Center Blvd., Kennewick.

The program, sponsored by the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce, starts with networking and registration at 11:30 a.m., followed by lunch and program at noon.

Cost is $17 for members who register before Friday, and for $22 others and those who register later.
