Tri-Cities ranks 29th best small city

The Tri-Cities moved up 40 spots to rank 29th on Milkin Institute's 2008 Best Performing Small Cities list released this week. The Tri-Cities ranked 69th in 2007.
The rankings are based on a city’s ability to create and sustain jobs and economic growth. For details, click here
