Pasco Burger Ranch names new burger after Fat Boys

Ingrid Stegemoeller, Herald staff writer

Two beef patties, two slices of cheese, a slice of ham, a fried egg, some bacon, pickles and lettuce topped with fry sauce.

Sound fat? It is. The new Fat Boy Burger, that is.

Starting Thursday, the Burger Ranch in Pasco will serve this eater's delight at the suggestion of its Oregon Avenue neighbor Fat Boys Fleet Services.

Jim Carter, owner of Fat Boys, approached Burger Ranch partner Ed Mulhausen with the idea of creating a burger with the name of its neighbor in mind.

Mulhausen liked the idea, and a new menu item, exclusive to the Pasco restaurant, was born.

Burger Ranch is at 108 S. Oregon Ave.
