Pasco bank announces new board members, employee

Bank Reale of Pasco has announced its board members and a new employee.
Dennis Gisi was named chairman of the board for Bank Reale at the annual stockholders meeting. He also serves as board president of the Pasco Downtown Development Association.
Other board members elected to continue their service were Eugene Astley, Joe Gonzales, Dick Moeller, Keith Sattler, Loren Stangeland, Dale Walter, the bank's CEO Dorian Corliss and Sloan Kimball, CFO.
Paul Durand has been hired as chief credit officer. He most recently worked for AmericanWest Bank and has been in the industry for more than 36 years.
