Gene Mace of Kennewick digs up a potential hit received from his metal detector Sunday as Todd Victor's crew loads up the tent of the Jest in Time Circus on cleanup day following the Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo in Kennewick. "It's the poorest I've ever seen," said Mace of the lack of money he's found.

For the first time in the nine years that Lori Lancaster has worked at the Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo, the event ran out of parking spaces Friday and Saturday nights, she said.
