Washington State University makes deal for student housing in Richland

Washington State University Tri-Cities will gain a 700-bed student housing project under a long-term land lease with a Pullman real estate firm. Corporate Pointe Developers LLC of Pullman will build the student housing project on land leased from the school. The Washington State University Tri-Cities project is tentatively named The Vineyard on Campus. The first phase of the student housing project will open in the fall of 2017.
