Water Follies targeted for stopping sex trafficking

A Tri-City church Mirror Ministries trains local hotel operators and staff to recognize sex trafficking activity on their properties. The outreach is in its fifth season and covers all Tri-City hotels. Its goal is to detect sex trafficking and intervene earlier when minors are being sold for sex.

Shane the driver to beat heading into Columbia Cup weekend

Jimmy Shane, driver of the U-1 Miss HomeStreet Bank, is the man the H1 Unlimited field will likely be chasing this weekend at the HAPO Columbia Cup. He has won his past 12 consecutive heats and the past three national high point championships. The two drivers most poised to upset Shane are veteran J. Michael Kelly in the U-5 Graham Trucking boat and rookie Andrew Tate, racing for the U-9 Jones Racing team.
