Here's an item that fans of the Seattle Seahawks or Mariners may find interesting but not surprising.
Today, I received an email from NFL Enterprises in New York that included the projected 2008 travel miles for each of the 32 teams.
Who leads?
The Seahawks with nearly 35,000 miles.
In fact, all four West Coast teams rank 1 through 4.
The newsletter points out the New York Giants won Super Bowl 42 by having won a record 10 straight on the road. However, their total was 15,618 -- less than half of what the Seahawks will do this season.
The note was not clear on if the G-Men's 15,618 included the postseason, but it did factor in that trip to London.
